We are pleased to present the report prepared by Brazil’s Ministry of Labor and Employment in partnership with the Ministry of Women regarding the company’s compensation data for 2025. This report reflects the total workforce, including both onshore and offshore employees. At C-Innovation, gender equality is a fundamental principle that guides all of our human resources practices.

We continuously evaluate measures to increase female participation within our industry. As a reflection of this commitment and the company’s ongoing progress, we are proud to have female survey operators as part of our team today.

Anti-corruption Policy

This policy aims to ensure compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and the guidelines set forth herein by all employees and third parties acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, C-Innovation. It establishes standards of integrity, legality, and transparency to ensure that all business activities in which the company participates are free from corruption and are not involved in, or used to facilitate, money laundering, bribery, or other corrupt practices.

Gifts, Presents and Hospitality Policy

Our policy establishes guidelines, criteria, responsibilities, and procedures to be followed when offering or receiving hospitality, with the objective of preventing any act that could constitute an improper advantage, bribery, an attempt to obtain preferential treatment, or the creation of conflicts of interest.
