C-Innovation Appoints John Michael Boquet as HSE Manager

C-Innovation, LLC (C-I), an affiliate of Edison Chouest Offshore (ECO) and its family of companies, has named John Michael Boquet as health, safety and environment (HSE) manager.

Based in Mandeville, Louisiana, his responsibilities will include managing health, safety and environmental aspects of personnel, equipment and activities involved in subsea operations, including ROV, AUV, survey and tooling functions, and well construction and maintenance procedures. He will also be responsible for upholding overall employee safety, company adherence to internal policies and processes, as well as regulatory requirements.

Boquet previously served in HSE roles for Edison Chouest Offshore, Sealand and Falck, as well as administrative manager for Sealand.

Boquet commented, “I am passionate about upholding safe and healthy work environments and I am excited to join the C-Innovation team. My mission is to assure that operations continue to be executed with a diligent commitment to safety, for the benefit of our employees, our clients and our wider environment.”

Boquet is qualified as an emergency medical services paramedic and holds a degree in allied health services from Nicholls State University.

      Personnel Logistics Coordinator

      C-Innovation is now accepting resumes for a Personnel Logistics Coordinator at our Mandeville office.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Coordinate offshore personnel scheduling to confirm availability and travel needs for crew changes.
      • Prepare travel arrangements for all crew changes (ROV, Survey and AUV) and onshore personnel, as needed.
      • Assist with management of client specific databases (eg. Helipass and ISN). Ensure certifications are updated in Helipass and renew background reports.
      • Assist with new hire orientation process.
      • Review, track and process offshore and onshore personnel uniform orders.
      • Review and process ACH direct deposit forms.
      • Maintain offshore personnel CV database.
      • Assist with securing international work visas.
      • Promote smooth and efficient personnel management organization.
      • Assist with creating reports and procedures.
      • Main office phone backup support.
      • Other efforts, as directed by supervisor.

      Qualifications

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel.
      • Ability to communicate effectively using proper writing and speaking skills.
      • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
      • Availability to work an on-call afterhours schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
